The annual accounts and auditor´s reports filed with the CNMV, in compliance with the Ley del Mercado de Valores and Real Decreto 1362/2007, de 19 de octubre, are available on this site with the following options:

  1. Official registry of audited annual accounts of listed companies.
  2. List of quoted companies with qualified opinions of their auditors, with an indication of the impact of such qualification on their financial results and/or net worth. The content of the opinions is only accesible through option # 1.
  3. Summary of company audit reports registered at the CNMV.
  4. Registry of audited annual accounts of issuers which are not subject to article 128 of the Securities Market Law
