The prospectuses for the admission to trading of securities on regulated markets set out on this page have been approved by the CNMV pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017, on prospectuses, of Spanish Law 6/2023 of 17 March on Securities Markets and Investment Services, and of Spanish Royal Decree 814/2023 of 8 November on financial instruments, admission to trading, the registration of transferable securities and market infrastructures. Furthermore, the verification of the requirements for admission to trading on regulated markets set out on this page has been carried out by the CNMV in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations.
